Brandon Jackson
Brandon Jackson is the starting Running Back for the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at Nebraska State. Brandon Jackson was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 2, 1985. Brandon Jackson played corner back and receiver at Horn Lake High School in Mississippi. He was a two-time Class 5A state offensive player of the year and special team player of the year as a senior and junior. Jackson was also named to the Dandy Dozen which is the top 12 players in the state of Mississippi. As a senior Brandon recorded 32 tackles and 4 pass break ups. Brandon Jackson played college football at Nebraska. While at Nebraska Brandon Jackson started 11 of 33 games. He rushed for 1,431 yards on 291 carries and 14 touchdowns. Brandon Jackson was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Jackson got his first NFL touchdown on September 23, 2007 against the San Diego Chargers. On January 2, 2008 Brandon Jackson was voted NFL Rookie of the Week for his performance against the Detroit Lions. During that game he ran the ball 20 times for 113 yards and made two receptions for 22 yards. Brandon Jackson only played 11 games during the 2007 season but he still managed to get 267 yards on 75 carries.
