Dom Capers is the Defensive Coordinator for the Green Bay Packers.

In 2009, Dom Capers was named the Green Bay Packers Defensive Coordinator. Prior to that, he was the Houston Texans head coach from 2002 to 2005, Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator in 2006-2007, and a special assistants coach in 2008.

Under Dom Capers, the Packers moved to a 3-4 scheme and had a solid defense in 2009.
