Joe Philbin is the Offensive Coordinator for the Green Bay Packers.

Joe Philbin has been coaching with the Green Bay Packers since 2003. He has coached the assistant offensive line, tight ends, offensive line, and the offensive coordinator with Green Bay since 2007.

Prior to Green Bay, Joe Philbin was the offensive line coach at Iowa from 1999 to 2002. He's also coached at Harvard, Northeastern, Ohio, Tulane, and Allegheny College.
